ImageVault respects the privacy of all its users and as such adheres to both the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations. This privacy policy includes information on the ways in which we will handle and process all your information throughout the course of your business relationship with ImageVault.

1. What information do we collect?

When you register for an account at ImageVault we will collect some personal information about you to be able to provide you with access to the ImageVault stock library and allow you to purchase and download images.

This could include personal information such as your name, address, and company information and we will also ask all customers to provide an email address which will inform our main point of contact, as well as creating a distinct and secure username and password to keep your account secure.

We will never use any of the personal information which you have submitted to us for any other reasons other than those which have been set out in this privacy policy. This includes not contacting customers with any marketing information, unless this is something which they have previously consented to.

When registering for an account at ImageVault and providing us with personal information, customers agree that they have read this privacy policy in full and give us their consent to use their personal information in the ways outlined in this document.

2. Do we share information?

We do not share your information with anyone else who does not have a legitimate business reason to know it. The only instance where we may need to share information is when we use third party providers – such as payment providers – to help us with the running of our business.

In some rare circumstances we may need to share some personal information if we are required to do so by law, or in order to cooperate with a governmental investigation.

When you provide your personal information to ImageVault we will always manage and store your data securely and we will never pass it on to anyone else.

All the information is stored on secure servers, and we have a number of security measures and encryption software in place to maintain the security of your personal information
