These are the terms and conditions for stock photo platform ImageVault which is based at the website www.imagevault.co. Please make sure you read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they will govern your use of this website. if you do not agree with any of the information in the following terms and conditions then you may not use this website.
Please make sure you read these terms and conditions alongside our Standard License Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These documents contain further information about the ways in which ImageVault process and stores personal information you may provide during the course of your business relationship with us, as well as important information about the ways in which images purchased from ImageVault may be used.
Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated at any time, and we therefore advise that you check back to this platform regularly to make sure that you are using and are familiar with the latest version of these terms and conditions.
ImageVault offers its registered users access to a vast library of downloadable stock images which they can purchase and download for their own personal or professional use. In order to access and use the full services offered by ImageVault then customers will need to register and create an account on the website. There are no charges or subscription fees for opening an account with ImageVault, and prices are based on a tiered credit system which is explained in these terms and conditions – please see the ‘Pricing’ section.
To register for an account with ImageVault customers will be required to provide some personal information about themselves. For more information on how this personal information will be handled please make sure you read our Privacy Policy alongside this document.
When registering for an account users will be asked to create their own username and password which they will be asked to re-enter each time they return to the website. For security purposes we ask customers to create a secure and unique password and remind customers that they are responsible for all activity that takes place on their account, and only one account is permitted per person.
Registering for an account with ImageVault allows us to offer our customers our stock photo library, as well as being able to tailor our services to the individual needs of customers.
All the images for sale on ImageVault come in widely recognised file formats including JPEG and PNG files. To download images, customers must log in to their account where they will be able to buy credits which can be exchanged for images. One credit typically transfers for one image.
Customers will be able to view and browse the full image stock library by logging into their account where they can search for images by name, topic, or theme. New images are added daily, and the amount of credits required per image is clearly labelled next to the corresponding image in the library.
Once you have selected the image or images to download, customers will proceed to exchange their credits to enable downloading of the image.
All images should then be downloaded immediately, and we ask our customers to check that they have a secure and stable internet connection when trying to download images.
When the image has been downloaded it will be stored on the customer’s hard drive or end device where they may use it as they choose. A record of the images which have been downloaded will also be stored in the customer’s account.
All images which are sold on ImageVault are roffered on a Standard License. This means that customers may use the images for their own personal, creative, or corporate projects as they choose. It is however not permitted for customers to attempt to re-sell images.

Images are purchased with credits on ImageVault. A customer can buy as many credits as they want by logging in to their account. These credits are then exchanged for images, where one credit typically transfers for one image.
Credits are sold in packs, which come in a tiered pricing system where the more credits a customer purchases at once, the more they save. These credit packs can be seen clearly priced in our Pricing & Perks Page.
Customers are also rewarded for their loyalty through our tiered credit pricing structure.
The tiered royalty programme is structured as follows:
- Bronze: achieved after spending $300 where a customer gets 5% additional credits on each top up
- Silver: achieved after spending $6000 where a customer gets 7% additional credits on each top up
- Gold: achieved after spending $1,500 where a customer gets 12% additional credits on each top up
Customers purchase as many credits as they want, and all payments are processed through the secure payment processing platform. Both Visa and Mastercard are accepted forms of payment, as well as all major debit and credit cards. Customers also have the ability to enter the exact number of money or credits they wish to buy. This feature makes it easier for customers looking to not spend over a certain amount.
Once a customer has decided how many credits they wish to purchase, they will need to make a payment, we accept both Visa & Mastercard. This payment will be carried out through our payment services provider who is PCI-DSS complaint. Imagevault does not store of hold any customer card details.
ImageVault only accepts refunds in a few limited circumstances. Exchanges are offered in the unlikely event that the image you downloaded is the wrong image. If the images fail to load or there is another technical difficulty, we can also offer an exchange for the image.
If there are technical issues persisting with our website that prevent you from redeeming the image or images you want, we will refund the credit pack you purchased. We advise you to contact us as soon as possible to explain the issue and allow us a chance to resolve it. Should you decide to request a refund instead, this will be processed within 3 working days, and you should see the credit on your card within 7 days. All refund requests must be sent within 7 days of purchasing a credit pack.

Customers may terminate their account with ImageVault at any time which can be done online by sending us an email to [email protected]. In the event of cancelling their account, we ask that customers let us know in writing and provide a brief explanation as to why they have decided to discontinue their use of our service.
In the event we suspect that a customer has violated these terms and conditions then the team at ImageVault reserves the right to remove these customer accounts at any time and without prior warning.
ImageVault shall not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the Contract, for any consequential loss or damage (whether loss of profits or otherwise) costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (and whether caused by the negligence of ImageVault, its parent company, its employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the business except as expressively provided in these terms.
This service and all its materials, information, software and facilities, content, and the use of this service, including without limitation the content available for purchase, is provided on an “as is” basis and without any express warranties or promises of any kind. Your use of this service is entirely at your own risk. We do not promise that the functions contained in the service will be available, uninterrupted or error free or free of viruses.
We do not promise or make any representations regarding the use of the material and content that is made available on ImageVault. We make no promises that your use of these materials or any other content on this website will not infringe on the rights of others, and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the materials or information.
